The different thicknesses of Dekton, Silestone, and Sensa allow for seamless integration into all kitchen applications. You can choose the most suitable thickness for each use while maintaining the same color and finish (for example, a 20 mm countertop with an 8 mm front), optimizing costs without affecting the aesthetics or characteristics of our surfaces.
Select the thickness of the countertop according to the design you want, from the minimalist 8 mm of Dekton to the more solid 20 and 30 mm of all our brands. You can also opt for the 12 mm of Dekton and Silestone, which offer freedom in the choice of edges (straight, mitered, semi-rounded) or thicknesses that provide aesthetics and savings. In addition, Dekton has a 4 mm thickness specially designed for countertops.

Make sure there is a clear path from your kitchen or bathroom to the nearest entrance to your home. Small children and pets should not be allowed in the area while the stone is being carried through your home. If a cooktop will be installed, covering nearby furniture and belongings is a good idea, as there will be dust.

Levelling & Securing: Cabinets must be level to support the heavy stone. Installers use shims to correct unevenness, epoxy (color-matched on-site) to seal seams, and blocks to secure the slabs to the cabinetry. On-Site Customization: Large cutouts for cooktops or holes for faucets are often finished on-site to prevent the stone from breaking during transport. This creates some dust, though installers typically clean as they go. Sink Installation: Undermount sinks are secured with clips and silicone. The silicone requires a 24-hour curing period before the plumbing and faucets can be fully connected and used.

General Care for All Countertop Types. Daily Cleaning: Use a soft cloth, mild soap, and warm water. Spills: Clean immediately to prevent staining, especially on porous surfaces like stone. Protection: Use cutting boards for food prep and trivets for hot pans. Avoid: Harsh cleaners (ammonia, bleach), acidic solutions (vinegar), and abrasive pads.
